By creating an account or using Tactical Master you agree to these Terms of Service and the Community Rules.
You must provide accurate registration details, be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent), keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for all activity on your account.
Premium memberships, tokens, in-game currency and players are virtual content with no real-world value. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
Premium is granted for a fixed period and does not renew automatically. If an account is permanently banned for rule violations, remaining premium time and tokens are forfeited without refund.
You must follow the Community Rules at all times. Violations may lead to warnings, suspensions or permanent account termination.
Tactical Master and all of its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the game; no ownership rights are transferred.
You may only upload content you own or have the right to use (team crests, kit designs). Do not upload trademarks, logos or images belonging to others. We may remove content that infringes third-party rights.
The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Tactical Master is not liable for data loss, downtime or damages arising from the use of the game, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms, suspend or terminate accounts that breach them, and modify or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions? Use the Contact page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes will be resolved before the competent courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
